Description

"I didn't do it!", that's what the suspect said when the police came.
Here's what happened(excerpt from the police report):
"On Wednesday, 23rd of March 2011, we were patrolling near the park when we heard someone or something screaming for help: "heeeelp!". We immediately ran in that direction were a small dog was buried to the neck in snow, crying (or playing, dunno) and in the vicinity there was a 1,65 m high...aaa...feline, holding a strange snowball in her hand. For evidence we took the photo above, before someone says anything, we have no knowledge of photoshop or other similar photo editing program so this photo couldn't have been manipulated or planted. Oh, wait...why did we just say that? Forget it. The suspect was apprehended but denied everything, still the evidence is clear."
Furthermore, according to Park Journal, Kitty (suspects name) declared that this is all a set up, that she didn't do anything but being the wrong cat at the wrong time. She also stated that she indeed was at the time in the park, near the dog, but was there because of the screaming she heard. Regarding the no 1 evidence, the photograph, she claims to be a photo manipulation, suggesting that the snowball was planted there in her hand, that it is surreal and that she didn't have anything in her hands at the moment. The hands position she says it is a natural scared/surprised pose. Well, is it? Why does the snow ball look so unnatural? Why did she had snow on her clothes? What was the cat doing there, near the dog? Why is the dog nowhere to be found?! Is the snowball planted? But who could do such a lousy job? Could it be someone who doesn't have any photoshop skills and photo knowledge? But who? Why?!?!?!
Judges and jury, the trial starts Sunday, March 27th @ 6:00am and will last for about 6 days. The truth will be revealed!
